- Job Description SummaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a LASCE (Land Access, Stakeholder and Community Engagement) Coordinator to join Service Stream. This is a role focusing on Land Access.
- About the Role We are seeking a LASCE (Land Access, Stakeholder & Community Engagement) Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring design proposals comply with legislative and planning regulations, protecting areas of Heritage and Environmental Significance.

You will also manage complaints and compliments, providing project teams with guidance on processes and legal requirements. Company projects rely upon the LASCE Coordinator to remain legally and contractually compliant and to represent the company to all stakeholders in the best possible manner.

As part of the Operational Support Services team, you may also be asked to assist with other support functions on an ad hoc basis.

Nature of position: Permanent full time

Location: Can be based in VIC/NSW or QLD

Reporting Line: LACC Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Engage and manage external consultants when statutory approvals are required.- Issue project legal documents to stakeholders and assess legal and contractual requirements.- Liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including Councils and other government bodies.- Verify project works for potential environmental, property, and planning impact in line with legal and contractual obligations.- Manage client escalations with relevant stakeholders and client project teams as required.- Working collaboratively within the Service Stream LASCE team and equivalent client team to effectively manage end user escalations in accordance with client requirements.- Develop and maintain records in accordance with regulatory and client requirements.- Maintain internal and external databases as required.- Investigate and assign complaints and compliments to relevant project and/or stakeholders.- Engage with Body Corporate, Building Management, End User, Complainant, Council or other relevant contacts.- Work collaboratively within the Operational Support Services team to support various projects across the business.

About You- Strong stakeholder communications skills.- Proficient in business software, databases, project management systems, and Microsoft Office.- Background in Project/Construction/Environmental disciplines.- Experience with Telecommunications/Construction Access Compliance Procedures/Planning procedures is highly desirable- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in task management.- Excellent liaison, communication and writing skills.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Proactive and willing to learn and develop in the role.- Team-oriented with a collaborative and supportive approach.
