About the role
The position drives an improved understanding of orebody knowledge and its value in resource estimation, mine design, planning, and process optimization. It provides technical leadership by assisting site personnel in developing Mineral Resource programs, drilling budgets, and geometallurgical studies to enhance operational efficiency and value realization. Additionally, the role ensures strong governance through internal audits, technical reviews, and the development of corporate systems for geoscience data management. It also contributes to business development and transformational technology initiatives while maintaining a strong commitment to health, safety, and Evolution Mining’s core values.
Provide technical leadership and support for Mineral Resource development and geometallurgical studies.
Conduct audits, technical reviews, and establish governance systems for geoscience data management.
Support business development, due diligence, and implementation of transformational technologies.
Maintain high health, safety, and security standards while aligning with Evolution Mining’s values.
