**Your Opportunity
**As the Head of Collaboration and Knowledge and Microsoft 365 your role is to transform and optimise KPMG's ways of working and collaboration model to enhance colleague engagement and client connectivity through collaboration platforms, client experience and to scale and evolve in a changing market.

This role leads a team that has a material impact on evolving how the Firm operates in our Hybrid environment. The programs of work under Collaboration, Ways of Working & Microsoft 365 has the scale and opportunity to change the way the firm operates to set KPMG up for long-term success.

**How are you extraordinary?
**You have proven success in managing key stakeholder relationships with both internal and external parties

You have demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, project and change management.

You are experienced leading teams that design, and help realise end to end experiences that deliver real value to both end users and the business

You have a proven track record in managing programs of work in a business environment with a high degree of autonomy and self-organisation
