A fantastic permanent opportunity has presented itself for a Workforce Planning and Governance Lead reporting to the Workforce Planning and Governance Team Lead where you will join the pillar within Customer and Network Services (CNS), in Operations.
A bit about your role
This is an integral role that works across teams to drive efficient workforce planning. You will support operational performance within CNS by ensuring operational resources are in place, at the right time, with the right skillset, to meet customer demand.
Day to day you will govern and administer our workforce planning platforms (Enlighten and Genesys) in the pursuit of workforce optimisation. Utilising your data analysis experience you will also provide insights to better understand FTE impacts to cost, challenging assumptions and identifying and recommending changes to improve the utilisation of resources.
A bit about you
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Your ability to manage internal and external stakeholders as well as your excellent administration skills will also see you succeed in this role.
