**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize the allocation and utilization of human resources across the organization.
- Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for workforce planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, to ensure the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time.
- Anticipate future talent needs and align workforce planning initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast hiring requirements and develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Work closely with HR and management teams to identify key positions and develop succession plans and talent development programs.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HR systems and workforce planning tools.
- Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or retail industry is a plus.
