What your typical day will look like:
As the Business Platform Adoption Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal adoption of the business platforms in the APAC region. You will lead engagement with the market to ensure readiness, assist with the transition to new platforms, and identify any gaps after implementation. You will work closely with the market and end users of the platform, Market Enablement Lead EA, regional and central product owners to align business changes with platform delivery.
Other responsibilities include:
- Develop adoption strategy and roadmap for new and existing platforms in each market in the region aligned to business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end process and technology change adoption by owning interlock with various platforms and business functions.
- Define and create the strategy to realise the benefits of the platform in collaboration with markets end users and global product owners
- Work with market business functionalities SME, addressing queries, validating the usage of the platform, able to lead gaps resolutions with central team
- Drive clear goals on how to measure end user satisfaction regarding the delivery of functional platform, integrations/data, support/operating model, change comms etc
- Take the lead on understanding & communicating platform changes and assessing impacts to markets
- Drive and advocate for change requests on behalf of markets considering the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ end to end architecture
- Maintain current systems landscape and functional adoption to improve opportunities and contribution to the global systems landscape.
- Define, create and communicate what optimal adoption looks like and what benefits will it bring to market end user and as well as to regional roadmap
- Ensure clear and continuous communication to relevant stakeholders such as the global business platform owners, and the Regional Business Platform director
A bit about you:
- Ideally 8-12+ years of experience in adoption and change management, business and system analysis and project management.
- Possesses analytical, change management, strategic development, leadership and communication skills and have experience in leading transformative change at executive and management levels.
- Experience in leading collaboration workshops and focus groups within teams across different geographies and cultures.
- Experience with an enterprise-wide technology and tools, e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365 to name a few.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is a nice to have
