**DIGITAL HEALTH DIVISION**

The Digital Health Division (DHD) is a division at Monash Health under one executive sponsor (Executive Director Information Development) that combines three departments:
**Information Technology** - provides support for the use and development of Information and Communications Technology across Monash Health.

**Program Management Office (PMO)** - the objective of the PMO is to achieve consistently successful project execution that is efficient and well managed. The PMO serves as a centralised project management service for all projects related to Monash Health’s division of Information Development; and

**EMR and Informatics Program** - department responsible for the implementation of the organisation wide EMR which will allow clinicians to be able to access a patient’s clinical information in one place easily.

This structure ensures a cohesive delivery of an Information System goal of moving towards a paperless health care environment while simultaneously supporting the priorities and needs of the health service. Designed well, ICT combined with the EMR will streamline clinical workflow and processes delivering improvement in quality and efficiency, with a high level of user experience improving patient care.

**Job Summary**

Purpose

To assist with the coordination of Data, Voice and Network Security projects, the Information Technology department are recruiting for a motivated team coordinator. The position is full time fixed term contract within the Data, Voice and Security Team operating primarily from the Monash Health Clayton site.

The position requires a can-do attitude and strong coordination and organizational skills. As a graduate position we expect these skills will be further developed during exposure to the processes and procedures within the Data, Voice, and Network Security team.

The successful applicant will be expected to prepare and present regular progress updates to appropriate

Management channels.

**What you need**:

- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Current Police check.
- Tertiary and/or industry qualifications in business administration, the management or a related field.
- A working knowledge of public health is preferred.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Well-developed presentation, and facilitation skills (face-to-face and online).
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels.
