**Your new role awaits**

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing SLA and contractual obligations for UBank customers
- Processing a high volume of mortgage settlements, ensuring compliance and errors are minimized
- Entering customer data into UBank’s system to ensure a robust CRM system is maintained
- Making outbound calls to request additional information when required

This is 3-month temporary assignment at Level 14 2 Carrington Street, NSW, 2000 with possibility of extension or permanency. The pay rate is $39 per hour plus super. With work of 38 hours a week Monday - Friday.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A comprehensive understanding of lending & mortgage servicing
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change
- Strong verbal & written communication and attention to detail is essential.
- Experience in banking is desirable but not essential.
