**Opportunity**:
In this exciting role as a Life Cycle Marketing Program Manager, you will lead the development of innovative lifecycle marketing programs across the APAC region for Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products targeted at a consumer audience
You will lead communication through the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention working with campaign teams to develop market specific programs and using a data driven and analytical approach to optimize results to achieve business revenue, engagement, and retention targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop acquisition, engagement and retention lifecycle marketing programs for key products and markets in APAC

Work closely with Paid media and analytics teams to integrate multi-channel tactics to promote Adobe products to a consumer audience.

Support overarching go to market strategy with integrated communication plans, working towards matching content to audience and opportunity

Increase content consumption and improve Customer Lifetime Value through detailed execution of content marketing campaigns (announcing new content, promoting featured/seasonal content), lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome/on-boarding programs, re-engagement programs, reacquisition programs), and dedicated, loyalty programs

Develop data-driven customer insights that are useful and impactful

Conduct AB testing and analysis on all campaign performance, communicate results effectively to the team and draw practical conclusions

**Skills**:
Analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends and pursuing the right questions to take action

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines with mínimal oversight

Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail

Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency

Knowledge and proficiency in Asian languages a bonus but not crucial.

Comfort with an evolving structure that encourages learning and growth

Experience

Tech or SaaS experience (preferred), ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model

A proven track record in working effectively with cross functional groups, sales organizations, and operations

Familiarity with digital advertising and ad serving

Develop both targeted and triggered lifecycle campaigns to fulfill engagement and acquisition objectives
