**Talent Acquisition Partner**
- Newly created position | highly impactful role in leading health service
- Full Time with monthly ADO + salary packaging
- Drive the recruitment of international health professionals

**Your new team**

You will be supported by a fantastic team who genuinely enjoy working together. You will work alongside our current Immigration Coordinators (Migration Agents) and HR Advisors to assess recruitment needs of the organisation and work with key stakeholders on recruitment strategy.

**Your new role**
- Act as an employer brand ambassador for RMH, promoting our culture to attract talent to the RMH and competitively differentiate RMH.
- Identify and implement a variety of sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the organisations current and future workforce needs.

**About you**
- Experience in developing the recruitment strategy for an organisation.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, engaging at all levels in partnership to ensure a streamlined and thorough recruitment process.
- People Focused with a 'can do' proactive attitude, and track record of providing excellent customer service in a complex environment.
- An understanding of Immigration legislation and requirements desirable.
