**A little bit about the role**
Being Third in Charge at Richmond Kathmandu, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the successful and efficient running of the store. The role is Part Time and roster includes mid week and weekends Day to day you will; Day to day you will;
- Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the store by ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes and standards are in place
- Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer
**What we are looking for**
You will have strong retail or customer service experience with sound knowledge of retail operations such as, stock control and visual merchandising. You will love and have experience and understanding of the retail sales environment with excellent customer service experience.
You will be adaptable and cope well within fast paced retail environment and be able to share your genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business with customers and your team.
