**What you’ll do**

As a Distribution Specialist you will be contributing to the planning and ongoing delivery of investigational products by managing the supply chain, supporting the execution of studies and changes to the plans, including carrying out risk assessments and contingency planning where necessary, your responsibilities will include:

- Monitor the Distribution, Logistics & Customer Service processes performed by 3PL distribution service providers to be in line with contract & SLA's
- Handle the internal customers' complaint and follow up to close the service gap with service provider timely
- Monitor the stock movement according system interface
- Reconcile monthly ending stock balance between SAP system and distribution service provider's system, driving the variance / gap closure Process purchase to pay activities
- Manage 3PL distribution service providers to ensure the provision of contractual services meet customer requirements
- Monitor Secondary Distribution monthly cost and find the root cause for the variances comparing with budget
- Proactive support for any supply related project and initiatives
- Ensures that Country's of responsibility is compliant with all relevant local legal requirements, such as GDP, Safety, personal rights)
- Ensures that Country's of responsibility is compliant and fulfil all relevant AZ compliance requirements (DoA, BCP, IRM, RRA, GDP)

**Essential for the role**
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in the logistics space
- Team leadership experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships between key stakeholders
- Functional mastery of written and spoken English

**Desirables for the role**
- Professional qualification in distribution
- Sound problem-solving skills
- Sound project management, prioritisation and multitasking skills
