Are you ready for an exciting new challenge? Join our award-winning architecture firm as a **Architectural Designer** in Sydney We are looking for an outcome-driven professional with solid, **proven multi-residential experience** to join our passionate and fun-loving team.

This role is perfect for someone who can assist in delivering architectural projects at various phases from the conceptual design phase through to completion of the project. You will also assist with project delivery during the construction stage. As an **outcome-driven** individual with **excellent communication skills**, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational abilities, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Assist team leader in delivering architectural projects at various stages.
- Work closely with our global teams in delivering assigned projects.
- Utilize advanced skills in **Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Enscape** to produce high-quality designs.
- Communicate effectively with consultants, local councils, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and standards, including BCA, ADG, LEP, and DCP.
- Prepare and assist in the presentation of design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technology, and innovations.
- Assist in developing project bids, including producing design and technical documentation.
- Contribute to improving office-wide systems, processes, and workflows.

**Your Requirements**
- **3-4 years of solid multi-residential experience** in Australia, New Zealand, or the UK.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and advanced SketchUp skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with consultants, local councils, and clients.
- Strong knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and requirements.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
