**Your opportunity**
Reporting to the _General Manager, Application Management and Design _your role as _Architecture Manager_ is responsible for management of Enterprise level system architecture, data architecture, solution design, and related strategy and planning for Aruma Technology Services.
**Role & Responsibility...**
- Leads architecture and solution design staff, demonstrating a high alignment with Aruma’s values/purpose and driving a high performance culture
- Oversees and manages the Architecture team budget by ensuring development of enterprise and data architectures that meet Aruma’s needs now and into the future, providing a sound foundation for the delivery of cost effective, user led, and innovative technology services
- Provides and enhances a high quality architecture and solution design capability to provide the skills and capacity as required to meet project/program/wider IT resource needs.
- Runs a Solution Design Authority function that reviews and approves the suitability of all designs in meeting business needs and for consistency with approved architecture and design principles.
- Strong, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
**Sound like you?**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading enterprise architecture
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in broader ICT technology roles including extensive experience with solution design and data architecture.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in software engineering or IT
- Capacity to contribute to the strategic technology direction for Technology Services at Aruma.
- Excellent leadership skills with the proven ability to coach, mentor and develop more junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Strong, demonstrated relationship skills including highly developed stakeholder management.
