**About this role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the architect and share responsibilities for designing and delivering projects, managing schedules, and assisting with the development of junior staff
- Manage project resourcing, ensuring projects are running according to timeline
- Maintain a studio schedule that is consistently focused and utilized on billable project work
- Support studio culture and inspire a connected team
- Liaise with external consultants, and project teams
- Prepare, develop, and redline design and technical drawings, 2D + 3D models, and other documents relating to the design
- Attending site visits

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 8+ years' experience in high-end residential and multi-family projects
- Leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and requirements
- Previous experience delivering projects in Los Angeles county, and California
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft office is essential
