**Your role**:
As the Application Consultant, you will be involved in delivering service support to customers across Brisbane. You will be providing onsite and remote IT support to our Managed Application Services Customers. This will include investigation of issues, providing estimates, requirements gathering, writing technical documentation, developing components & peer reviewing code.

**What your day will look like**:

- Provide onsite support at client locations on behalf of service delivery teams and resolve technical issues.
- Assist in the education, support, and guidance of the client throughout the process, to ensure that our client’s needs are met, and that they are as satisfied with their overall experience as they are with the eventual outcome.
- Educate clients on the Brennan delivery processes and what they can expect from their delivery experience.
- Ensure that the delivered functionality accurately meets the client’s requirements and is of a suitably high quality.
- Contribute to the development of the delivered solution, through configuration and customisation.

**To achieve success, this role requires the follow Competencies and Experience**:

- Solid knowledge of delivering software solutions in a similar role (3 years exp).
- Dynamics 365 solutions delivery knowledge (Minimum 2 years exp).
- Functional configuration experience with one of Brennan’s core technology offerings.
- Experience in a Business Analysis capacity.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, to enable accurate capture and articulation of their needs.
