To join our team we are now looking to recruit a: ERP Applications Consultant Location: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth **Job description**: **Your Role at InfoConsult**ing**: **Project Delivery**: - Prepares and participates in the development of business cases and proposals, including identification of alternatives and cost/benefit analysis. - Vision - pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets. - Oversee and control areas of solutioning in complex projects. - Ensure the successful delivery of a Prototype solution, that addresses the Customers key requirements followed by safeguarding the solution area. - Experience and ability to coach and mentor other Consultants. **Expert Delivery**: - Field of play - Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of Customer's organization and industry and identifies critical issues with ease. - Conducts complex business process analyses and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. - Trains other innovators through both formal and informal training programs and external arrangements (e.g. conference). - In conjunction with other team members, ensure a consistent approach to solution areas. **Customer Service**: - Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement. - Continually seeks opportunities to increase Customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. - Must be able to interface with Customers Executive team, and be perceived as a trusted advisor by the Customer - Regularly update and re-evaluate the Customers key business objectives in specific areas **What we are looking for from you**: - Minimum **3 years of experience **in implementing /or servicing of ERP systems for e.g.**:IFS** **Applications, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics**: - Comfortable using business processes in your chosen area - Strong written and communication skills - A willingness to travel (when borders are open and it is safe ) - Have the ability to think analytically and the ability to learn quickly - A keen focus on the clients’ needs - Being responsible, diligent and committed - Comfortable using Custom Objects and the PL/SQL language **We offer in return** a**: - Excellent salary package based on your skills and experience - Strong focus on your development as a person and a professional, with a dedicated training academy program designed to build and grow your career path - Challenging working environment where no customer will be the same and no project will be boring - Role with a dynamically developing company, a partnership approach to cooperation without the corporate atmosphere - Focus on work-life balance - flexible or permanent working hours, working from home - we can talk about your preferences **More information about how to work with us can be found on our** LinkedIn** profile :)** **Do not hesitate, send us your CV** By clicking the "Submit" button you agree to the processing by InfoConsulting Sp z o.o. of personal data contained in your recruitment submission for the position indicated in the job offer (consent covers additional personal data not referred to in the Labor Code or other provisions of the law, e.g. your image, interests).
