Application Support Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join a fast-paced environment where you'll be the go-to person for keeping critical business systems running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, collaborating across teams, and ensuring stakeholders get the support they need.

In this role you will:

  • Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues across a range of applications.
  • Proactively monitor systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact users.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Perform upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements to supported applications.
  • Keep clear documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices.
  • Contribute to an on-call roster, ensuring reliable service availability.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in application or technical support, ideally in a complex environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to get to the root cause quickly.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing/service management tools.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Australian Citizenship (a requirement for this role).
