As **Downer Energy & Utilities**continues to grow and evolve, we are seeking to bolster our high performing team with the addition of key strategic opportunities. With this in mind, we are searching for a **Utilisation Manager**to provide and oversee critical governance and performance arrangements within the Ausnet Electrical contract, part of the Networks team within Downer Energy & Utilities.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the Contract Operations Manager, this opportunity will ensure oversight and performance reviews of the projects that deliver our yearly program of work. As a commercially astute and people orientated leader, your transparent nature and client relationship building skills will ensure a cohesive and efficient environment, whilst maintaining our reputation as a trusted delivery partner.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A strong track record of leadership experience within the Electrical Distribution industry, preferably within large and complex organisations.
- Complimentary leadership/management qualifications (advantageous).
- Project Management experience, including cost management and budgeting exposure, subcontractor management etc.
- An in-depth understanding of structures, codes and regulations within the Electrical Distribution industry.
