**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our Lilydale team are seeking a Field Delivery Lead to support the Field Delivery Manager in leading our internal resources and contractors and ensuring an efficient, safe delivery of our works program.

The **Field Delivery Lead **is integral to the daily performance of the **Lilydale **depot, managing time, cost, compliance, resources and providing clear direction for our field-based work crew. This is a varied role suited to an operationally proficient electrical industry professional, looking to support a strong leadership team in optimising processes and implementing further efficiencies.

Duties include:

- Some other key skills & experience we are looking for include: _
- Experience in workforce management and the ability to mentor, monitor performance and optimise day-to-day delivery of works.
- Experience within Electrical Distribution industry (highly advantageous).
- Engaging communicator, strong written and verbal capabilities and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders throughout the business, clients, union representatives and field teams.
- Ability to optimise resource allocation and utilisation, whilst managing workflow delegation, maintaining safety standards and awareness.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, a unionised workforce, fluctuating workloads and changing priorities.
