**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are searching for a procedure and improvement-oriented **Process Coordinator **, to support the standardisation and improvement of operational processes across the wider program. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Engineer, Business Improvement Officer or a procedure-oriented individual with Electricity Distribution experience to develop a strong, in-depth understanding of a range of roles and map processes in a standardised, centralised and simplified system.
- Duties include: _
- Coordinate projects with the Business Transformation Manager and support required training, improvement implementations and documentation of modified processes.
- Develop strong relationships and utilise a partnership approach with Field Teams and Functional Support teams to map processes, identify inconsistencies and partner with key team members to develop better ways of working.
- Develop dashboards to track initiatives, deliverables, gather, present and report on Data.
- Uphold Downer Values, the Downer Standard and Zero Harm processes whilst executing projects and mapping processes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or an existing understanding of Electricity Networks.
- Adaptive to change and able to align organisational goals with individual Line of Business.
- Excellent computer skills and experience managing multiple software programs simultaneously.
- High level interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly within a business that highly value’s diversity and inclusion.
