**The Company**:
This organisation is a long established business in Brisbane CBD, specialising in Personal Injury cases throughout Australia.
They have a fantastic reputation within their profession, and operate a close knit, long established team of experts within their field.
They are expanding at a rapid pace and looking to bring in a new staff member to accommodate this growth.
**The Role**:
The position is going to be working within a newly established team, working predominately on TPD projects.
The TPD (Total Personal Disability) team will consist of 3 key team members and will have the supervision and mentorship, of one of the most experienced PI Partners in Brisbane.
The position will involve being able to take a file and run it from start to finish, with no direct supervision. Therefore we are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running.
This role is ideally suited to a career paralegal, who is looking to take a long term career move, into this fantastic company.
Ideally you will have extensive experience of working on PTD PI files and understand the process from start to finish.
This role offers an immediate start - a salary of up to $80k plus super, and a fabulous bonus structure and referral scheme in place to offer extra salary incentive.
