Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated legal professional to join our dynamic team as a Personal Injury Lawyer.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer who has a passion for personal injury law and is looking to take on new challenges in a supportive and inclusive work environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing personal injury files from start to finish, representing injured clients to obtain full justice. They will be responsible for liaising directly with clients, insurers, medical experts, barristers, and other solicitors, reviewing medical records, undertaking legal research, drafting legal/court documents, and preparing briefs for counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

In this role, the candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their skills in legal research, legal drafting, negotiation, and advocacy, as well as experience actively case managing personal injury files.

About the Role:

  • An admitted lawyer in Queensland or a graduate soon to be admitted (or eligible to be if currently interstate outside of Qld)
  • Minimum 6 months experience in personal injury law, including in at least one or more of CTP (motor accidents), workers compensation, public liability, and TPD (total permanent disability)
  • Solid legal research, legal drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills, as well as experience actively case managing personal injury files
  • Ability to prioritise time, meet deadlines, and effectively engage with and manage clients
  • Self-driven, ambitious, client- and results-focused, and love what you do
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent English communication and Mandarin fluency
