Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paralegal to support our Personal Injury lawyers on a range of matters including medical negligence, workers compensation, superannuation and TPD claims, public liability and other health-related claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality correspondence and documents using precedents or independently.
  • Filing and time-recording of tasks and projects.
  • Liaise with clients, legal practices, barristers, medical professionals and other key stakeholders.
  • Field new enquiries and arrange for tasks and briefs as required.
  • Prepare briefs and resources for solicitors.
  • Review and draft legal documents.

Required Skills Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Personal Injury firm.
