We provide community access, in home support, group outings, personal training, support coordination and more. We are ever evolving with our staff and clients. Qualifications & experience
- Preferably a Certificate III Individual Support or Experience in support work, aged care, childcare, studying some allied health certificate
- Current Drivers License & comprehensive insurance
- First aid & CPR
- Must hold or willing to attain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue card

Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting clients in community access, attending allied health appointments and taking medications.
- Receive training from OT and speech therapist and delivering therapies to the client.
- Providing mental health support, companionship and social support.
- Be prepared to assist with manual transfers and mobilisation.
- De-escalate situations.
- Provide good communication in your shift notes.

The client currently requires only three hour afternoon shifts three afternoons of the week. The afternoons may be flexible depending on support worker availability. The client has requested a female support worker only.

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
