KB Infinity Support are looking for fun, motivated Support Workers/ Mentors with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of disability participants.

**The Role - Disability Support Worker/ Mentor**
Working with Adults in a variety of settings including In-Home care and Community Access and Participation. Shifts are located between Peregian Beach and Palmview (Harmony) on the Sunshine Coast. Multiple positions available. Duties may include, though not limited to:

- Daily living assistance including meal preparation & cleaning
- Personal care prompting and assistance
- Community Access and transportation

**The Organisation - KB Infinity Support**

KB Infinity Support is a registered NDIS provider, currently providing Supported Independent Living, Community Access & Support Coordination for adults and young people with disabilities on the Sunshine Coast.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Card or QLD Yellow Card or willing to obtain
- Flexible availability - Able to cover AM/PM, Sleepovers, Weekends shifts as required
- First Aid Certificate issued within the last 3 years (or willing to obtain)
- CPR Certificate issued within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of work rights (e.g. Passport or Birth Certificate)
- Unrestricted QLD Driver's Licence
- Comprehensively insured vehicle that can be used for work purposes
- COVID-19 Vaccinated

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Driver Licence (required)
