**The Role**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Purchasing / Accounts Payable_
- Timely actions of purchase requisitions
- Partnering with operations and sites for goods receipt of invoices
- Month end support for project accounts regarding purchase orders
- Internal client management of Ariba system support
- Response and adhoc supplier queries
- Actioning exception reporting, EVIM’s, Ariba and GRIR to ensure compliance
- Billing / Accounts Receivable_
- Timely invoicing and collection of debtors & minimised overdue invoices
- Purchase order management
- Supporting project accounts in month end and billing activities
- Timesheet / Time Keeping_
- Coordinator staffing for daily processing of time sheets
- Manage all data transfers to client systems
- Process payroll transfers / reclassifications / terminations
- Reconcile payroll results and deal with payroll queries
- Work order management

**About You**
- Experience in an Admin, Finance or similar type role - _Highly regarded_
- Experience in the mining industry - _Highly regarded_
- Knowledge of SAP systems and Microsoft Excel - _Skilled use of the Microsoft Suite is desirable_
- Sound understanding of administration practices within a project space
- Willingness to drive and increase performance within a team
- Champion of agile ways of working
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders.
- Non siloed thinking & active team contributor
