**What’s the opportunity?**

As a Test Lead you will join our growing business and lead the planning, execution and reporting of testing activities across a range of projects. In this busy role you will lead a team of testers and join a dynamic team to deliver.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Preparing and managing Test plans, Test scenarios, Test data and Reporting
- Managing test cases, mapping to business requirements and validate test coverage
- Participating and managing Test execution
- Analyzing and presenting test results to key stakeholders
- Liaising with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify issues and resolve problems
- Escalating issues to Test manager, Project manager and Development managers
- Defect management, prioritization process and tracking till closure
- Aligning test schedule to overall Project’s schedule
- Co-ordinating or Assisting teams during User Acceptance Testing
- Test Documentation creation and management
- Inputs to release Go/No Go decision based on testing completion status

**What we need from you**:

- You have full rights to work in Australia. You are an Australian citizen or a Permanent Resident.
- Experience with System Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression and Business Process testing
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to ensure the full end-to-end solution is tested
- Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
- Ability to learn new Applications, Business processes and Procedures quickly
- Desired : Experience testing Service now, Salesforce, Telecommunication Domain Knowledge
- Strong communication skills, documentation and co-ordination skills
- Flexible to work on multiple projects at a time
