**About the Role**
- Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:_
- Managing product release pipelines according to the release strategy, incorporating resolved defects, change requests and project demands
- Preparing and maintaining individual product roadmaps, incorporating vendor roadmaps and internal projects/change requests
- Actively identifying problems from incidents and managing problems to resolution with resolving parties. Main conduit to vendor problem resolution teams
- Actively consulting with business stakeholders to understand upcoming and future business needs and their strategy

**About You**
- To compliment this, you will also bring:_
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (such as Business, IT, Engineering, Accounting) or significant equivalent workplace experience
- Experience in managing the implementation of continuous delivery practices, defining the roadmap, articulating the benefits and managing the changes needed for both teams
- Knowledge and understanding of Retail Operations (sales, inventory management, warehousing, supply chain) preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce module (MPOS/Store Commerce)
