**About the Position**

Anglicare Southern Queensland's Home and Community service offers a range of supports and assistance to a variety of local residents, including help at home, social inclusion, and community connectedness.

We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of the amazing Administration team at our Gold Coast Service and are seeking our next Administration Officer to backfill for leave arrangements. This 6-month contract position will give you exposure to all facets of administration for the service.

**About You**

We’re looking for a dynamic worker with strong administration skills and a “can-do” attitude. Further experience will include:

- Experience in administration particularly in fleet management and accounts is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a high volume, process-driven and systems enabled environment
- Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team
- Intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- You will be flexible with a can-do attitude
- Willing to learn new systems and processes
- Experience working in a Community Care, Aged Care, or Health background in an administration capacity highly desirable
- National Police clearance
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
- Current Queensland Drivers Licence
