We are currently seeking highly motivated and organised Paralegals, Administrators and Receptionists for various temporary assignments on the Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door and work in a fast-paced legal environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist attorneys with all aspects of legal case preparation and file management
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the reception area and maintain a professional and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys and staff
- Assist with legal document preparation and filing
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, and filing
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Essential: Experience within the legal industry
- Desired: Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law or related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technology
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

**Please note that you MUST be available to commence immediately and be happy to work on a ongoing temporary/casual basis. Some opportunities will lead to permanent employment.**

You will go be required to go through our registration process which includes an initial phone screen, online interview, reference checking (two referees) and online Workplace Health & Safety modules.
