**Daily Tasks Include**:

- Customer and Supplier Communication:_
- Proactive and regular follow up of suppliers to ensure sampling and production timeline is maintained and issues are identified promptly and addressed effectively
- Provision of timely and accurate sampling and production updates via written or verbal communication, ensuring delivery of information is clear and professional
- Design Collaboration:_
- Work closely with our in-house designer to create new designs for customers. Interpret customer briefs accurately, providing clear and succinct instructions to designers.
- Production Updates:_
- Manage and coordinate timely and precise production and sample feedback, updates, and approvals between factories and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations:_
- Lead proactive discussions with suppliers regarding briefs, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Costings and Estimates:_
- Create accurate costings for products and provide customers with reliable delivery estimates.
- Order Management:_
- Coordinate the timely and accurate dispatch of factory purchase orders (POs), tickets, and label orders to suppliers.
- Process Implementation:_
- Understand and implement both existing and new updates to customer processes, including sampling, testing, and other requirements.
- Crisis Management:_
- Address and resolve production issues with suppliers, ensuring customer briefs and timelines are upheld. Work collaboratively with teams to solve problems quickly, honestly, and effectively.
- Feedback and Process Improvement:_
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams and contribute to the continual improvement of organizational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**: In addition to daily tasks, the Production Coordinator will:

- **Production Oversight**: Ensure production schedules and workflows are aligned with organizational goals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain adherence to company and customer quality standards through vigilant oversight.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with customers, designers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all production activities meet safety, legal, and customer-specific compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Language:_ Fluent in Mandarin and English (mandatory).
- Experience: _2+ years in production coordination, preferably in fashion accessories or manufacturing.
- Skills:_
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain team synergy.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets and Gmail.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
