**The Company**
Our client is a well-established, highly regarded practice that provides a broad range of accounting and advisory services to an elite list of clients with a long-standing commitment to providing superior expertise and advice

**Hours**: 8:30am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch.

**The Opportunity**
Due to a internal promotion within the firm they are currently searching for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their dynamic team on a full time basis.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering incoming calls and directing them
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail, including ATO mail
- Assisting with Director's diary management

**About You**
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role preferred
- Be reliable and well presented
- Self starting energetic individual who can use their initiative
- Can work autonomously as well as part of a team to get the job done
- Quick learner
- Experience including use of computer based accounting systems such as Xero, FYI and Xero Practice Manager will be highly regarded but not essential. Training and support provided
