**Description**:
Scottish House Members’ Business Centre provides flexible working solutions to members of The Australian Club and those they recommend. Our space (set over 2 floors) is popular with members in a variety of industries, who wish to escape the distractions at home and work in an office setting with flexible and professional facilities.

About the Role

We have the opportunity for a friendly receptionist to join our team. As a member of the reception team your purpose is to build strong relationships with our members, assist with the day-to-day operations of the business centre, and handle member administration.

Our business centre is staffed between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. After hours work will be required on occasion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create strong professional relationships with our members
- Meeting and greeting members and guests
- Assisting the Business Centre Manager with centre tours and sales enquiries
- Provide outstanding telephone answering and administrative services to potential, new and current members
- Organize and distribute mail
- Organizing meeting events from beginning to end
- Maintain a clean, safe and well stoked Business Centre

About You:

- All levels of experience considered but some experience in customer service especially hospitality or corporate is a plus
- A positive can-do attitude
- An ability to work as a team and also independently
- Proficient in computer use and the Microsoft Suite
- An eagerness and love of learning, while enjoying interaction with others
