We’re seeking a hard-working, people-person to support the multi-award-winning Place Bulimba and their growing team
What could a day in the life look like for you?
- Working on key administration duties to support the appraisal, listing, marketing, vendor management and sales activity;
- Preparing and coordinating all marketing campaigns and materials, as well as proofing with the absolute accuracy;
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience;
- Diary management to ensure the team has their days and time with clients optimised;
- Database management;
- General ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Confident and outgoing nature with the drive to go above and beyond;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience using Office 365 necessary, with experience in CRM software advantageous;
- Have the ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease;
- Professional presentation and be a team player; and
- The desire to grow, develop and value-add within a team environment.
