The cool new kid on Melbourne's burger scene is gathering some serious growth momentum, and we're looking for an exceptional marketing gun to join us for the ride.
Established in 2016, Royal Stacks was borne of a love of pop culture and the belief that food, and most importantly burgers, are a powerful uniting force that can bring people together.
The Royal Stacks brand has been built by hand from the ground-up, with care factor for the big picture as well as the one-percenters. We don’t cut corners. Nothing happens by accident. We partner with some of the biggest names and talent in the world to promote our brand and to tell our stories, because creativity is at the heart of everything we do.
With six stores to date and plans to expand our kingdom over the coming months and years, we’re ready to grow our team: starting with the newly-created role of Brand Manager.
About the Brand Manager
The Brand Manager is a critical new role that will be joining the Royal Stacks team as we prepare for our next phase of growth. As the ultimate custodian of the Royal Stacks brand, they’ll have responsibility for executing marketing strategies that are as authentic and original as the burgers themselves.
Reporting to the CEO, the Brand Manager will be responsible for:
- Executing brand campaigns, events and collaborations
- Establishing local marketing plans to support each store
- Managing the Royal Stacks website and eComm platform
- Social media content creation and community management
- Implementing loyalty and EDM programs, and
- Managing internal comms to engage our store teams
We’re a small team working in a fast-paced environment. We have some amazing collaborations and events coming up that will be a DREAM for any marketer to be involved with. And the opportunities will only keep coming as the business continues to grow.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Someone with the ability to take a brief and run with it. To take full accountability for executing a marketing campaign, a brand collaboration, or an instore activation, looping in the right stakeholders at the right points in time. And getting it done.
- Someone with an intelligent blend of creativity and systems. The initiative to bring new ideas to the table, along with a process-mindset around implementing great systems and technologies to maximise the impact.
- Someone with a fascination for social media, as a consumer and as a creator, and an ability to utilise digital marketing to drive brand awareness and website traffic.
- Someone with experience working with CRM platforms, especially around loyalty and EDM journeys.
- Someone with a curious mind, leaving no stone unturned, always focused on finding solutions and having some fun along the way.
- And perhaps most importantly, great love of burgers.
