**The Company**
This agile and contemporary business is a great local success story and has a range of category leading food and drinks in the better-for-you category. There is a big focus on sustainability across these consumer-centric, premium products. They are, simply put, great brands to nurture and grow.
Focused on managing the food portfolio, you will work across four brands, in an exciting category and in a growing business that is committed to 'doing good' and long-term innovation.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you are commercially savvy. Data analysis and reporting are second nature to your brand management style and while capable in an agile and autonomous environment, you also understand what good process looks like. You drive projects with confidence and will be accountable for the strategic direction and growth of these brands. In addition. You have capability in the following areas:
- Commercial - ability to manage the P&L and marketing spend, delivering market share growth and ROI. You appreciate that commercial success underpins all great brands
- Innovation - you think differently, strategically and realisticallyyou understand the NPD process, you are resourceful and inspired to do better
- Strategy - you bring a consumer mindset, analytical thinking and an ability to leverage data driven insights
- Brand champion - you know how to deliver relevant and engaging creative campaigns which are both unique and on brand, fostering ongoing consumer engagement
- Stakeholder engagement - providing cross functional inspiration across sales, agencies, category, NPD is a strength for you

**Required for success**:
- A desire to deliver success, challenge the expected and think creatively
- FMCG Brand Management experience across food or beverage
- An ability to build robust relationships - from retailers and wholesalers to internal teams
- An understanding of the balancing act between strong attention to detail and getting things done on time
- Understanding of the innovation process
- Tertiary qualification, post-graduate preferred
