**The opportunity**:
We are on the lookout for a Brand Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Clarks team Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager - Clarks & Julius Marlow, this role is responsible for ensuring a smooth order process from product set up to delivery into customers. This role is responsible for collaborating between all major stakeholders, including but not limited to internal teams, our distribution centre and directly with our customers and consumers.

Our support office is based in Richmond and we've adopted a hybrid working model

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Keying and confirming Customers orders
- Monitor PO tracking with Planning to ensure on time delivery or updated and communicated accordingly
- Requests EDI allocations with our customer buying team to provide sufficient processing time for orders
- Monitoring EDI daily and manage order hold to ensure no duplications or lost orders
- Weekly reporting of order status to Sales and Business Managers
- Complete and maintain Major customer delivery schedules
- Set up product and ranges in AP21 system seasonally and follow through to ensure all data required is updated
- Maintain carry over styles pricing and season updates in line with new season cut over
- Maintain and add product to our customers order system Salesnet with accurate images for customers to place orders
- Generate and test seasonal order forms for customers to utilise when placing orders and Customer service to upload
- Maintain and confirm all pricing is accurately set up in all internal systems ensuring accurate invoicing
- Arrange and preparation of samples to be photographed, accurately named, and loaded into all required systems
- Provide APN/EAN, Pricing and confirmed quantities to customers to ensure orders are raised accurately
- Key decisions will involve when to follow up customer allocations and when customer orders are correct and ready to process
- Highlight and advise customer of any order inaccuracies in a timely manner to ensure they are rectified accordingly
- Provide customers with required samples and information for their advertising needs to secure brand exposure
- Provide images and descriptions of product to customers including updating their portals to ensure accurate style representation on all customer and internal systems

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Customer Service experience is a must for this role. You should have had experience dealing with major customers including Buyers and Buyers Assistants preferably in the fashion industry
- EDI Customer order experience, and maintaining bulk orders accordingly
- AP21 Experience is a plus
- Accurate data entry skills along with great attention to detail
- High level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to work well under pressure during seasonal peak periods
- AP21 (Apparel 21) experience preferred
- General computer skills with this role largely being a data and system driven role
