**The Role**

This is a part time role offering 3 days a week employment on a 12-month contract.

The purpose of this role is to a_ssist with the budget management process across Marketing division._

Reporting into the Marketing Business Manager within our Marketing team this role will see you:

- Monitor financial transactions and headcount/FTEs
- Prepare monthly Expenditure reports and value-add analysis
- Assist with the quarterly and annual budget/forecast process (review actuals and future expenditure, FTE vacancies, new bids/requests from the business, inter/intra divisional transfers).
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with Finance and other key stakeholders

**About you**
- Experience in finance / budget management role
- High levels of attention to details & able to work to tight deadlines
- Experience in resource and budget management, financial analysis, understanding of budget process
- Experience with TM1 or other budgeting tools
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in marketing or media sector preferable
- Tertiary educated with finance related degree. Additional industry qualifications would be well regarded (CA/CPA)
