**Job Overview - Finance Administrator**
In this Finance Administrator role, you will be supporting the Dealing team dealing with all transactions. The successful Finance Administrator will report to the Portfolio Manager and Head of Dealing and also support the wider investment team. This is the perfect first step for an analytically minded graduate to deep dive into the funds management industry and gain hands-on experience.

**Job Responsibilities - Finance Administrator**
Your responsibilities in this Finance Administrator role will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting dealers and the trades team to ensure that all trades are booked correctly before cut-offs, and helping to resolve any settlement or matching issues.
- Prepare data for meetings where dealing is concerned.
- Coordinate daily reporting of dealing with the wider investment team.
- Managing overdraft positions and executing FX orders where needed.
- Support the management of broker payments, panels, and commission-sharing agreements.
- Under supervision, assisting deals with equities dealing
- Manage a portion of the Australia equities dealing book
- Please note this is a graduate role that will provide sufficient training and support with assistance from mentors across the business._

**Job Requirements - Finance Administrator**
- Educated to degree level with a strong academic background - Relevant degree is helpful (e.g. investments, finance, economics, applied mathematics etc.)
- Study support available if studying toward CFA
- Demonstrated interest in investing and financial markets
- Contributions in extra-curricular areas
- Strong numeracy skills
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with good relationship-building skills
- Positive and proactive attitude to the role
- Focused and flexible approach and attitude to a small company work environment
