The campaign Production Team is the centre of the implementation world within B&M, partnering with design, web, events, CRM and social specialist teams to ensure we deliver a seamless experience as well as a best-in-class response to campaign briefs received from our Brand & Marketing teams.

The role is required to support the Production Team Lead to help ensure streamlined day-to-day operations as well as quality, impactful and innovative campaigns that effectively express KPMG’s brand and attributes, communicate KPMG’s offer to priority target markets, drive profitable sales and differentiate the KPMG brand in the market.

**Your Opportunity**
- Support the implementation of firm wide integrated Brand, Marketing & Communications campaigns and initiatives of applicable scope.
- Contribute insights to the Workflow, pipeline & capacity planning and inform process enhancements
- Assist in support of Production Team Lead on day-to-day operations
- Work with the Design Studio and Digital Marketing and Social Media team to support the development of compelling and creative design and successful implementation of campaigns
- Working directly with a diverse range of internal and external suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet: client expectations, budgets and timeframes; and high quality standards. Involves a strong attention to detail, project management and highly developed communication skills.

- BA of Marketing, Communications or PR or equivalent work experience.
- Direct marketing experience desirable.
- Creative agency or creative production experience desirable.
- 2+ years’ experience in a project manager/ account service role within a creative agency or marketing role within a marketing dept of a similar size to KPMG.
- 2+ years’ experience in developing, managing and deliver of multi-faceted marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B context.
- proofreading, editing, copywriting and production processes
- a demonstration of implementing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns
- A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
- Solutions focussed, always.
- Willingness to learn and grow
