**The Role**

You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive high quality service so you must have an outgoing personality, attention to detail and be able to move quickly. You will also open or close the store, manage other staff on your shift, handle customer issues, train new team members, prepare light meals, assist with ideas to increase sales and generally assist the cafe management team in the successful operation of the restaurant. Barista experience will be highly regarded but not essential. We have the systems in place to train you to the high brand standards of The Coffee Club.

**Training**
With an experienced team you will receive extensive hands on training. You will also undertake training at The Coffee Club Leadership & Management Academy to develop your leadership skills as well as training through TCC on-line platform and Coffee Academy.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
