**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Assess the needs and coordinate support for NDIS clients and set budgets.
- Identify potential improvements to the existing services and processes.
- Evaluate and prioritise marketing opportunities.
- Conduct NDIS plan and service agreement reviews.
- Develop sales partner / alliance relationships.
- Manage leads and opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with trade or industry groups.
- Maintain documentation of contacts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Research, coordinate, and manage a range of varied levels of supports across multiple providers, to suit client's needs and preferences.
- Actively develop, implement, monitor, and review client NDIS plans and report on progress and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with external stakeholders and providers to ensure productive community and interagency relations.
- Use a strength-based and person-centred approach to build skills capacity of clients, ensuring their goals and
- choices drive the process of engaging supports.
- Assist the team with any ad hoc duties as required.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety.
- Report any quality, safety and environmental incident or hazards to the relevant Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and members of the public.
- Take reasonable care that own acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of clients or other persons.

**CRITERIA AND QUALITIES**
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, occupational therapy, psychology.
- **Minimum 6 to 12 months experience.**:

- Certificate IV in Disability Services or Human Services equivalent (minimum).
- A cleared Working with Children Check (blue card).
- A cleared NDIS Screening Check (yellow card).
- Current Queensland Drivers Licence.
- Access and/or willingness to use and maintain own vehicle for work purposes.
- Sound knowledge of the NDIS and how it can assist people to achieve their goals.
- Competence in oral and written communication with high level proficiency in Information Technology systems (including Microsoft Office & CRM).
- Working experience, or life skills, in the disability sector, personal care services, or with challenging behaviours and/or mental health are required.
- Experience in successfully leading and managing teams and/or multifaceted workplaces.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and client decision-makers and stakeholders, community agencies and other professionals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
