**Description**:
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Superintendent to our Duketon Operation team. The Supply Chain Superintendent works collaboratively with the site leadership team and plays a key role in overseeing the efficient management of inventory, materials planning, warehousing, and purchasing activities. The Supply Chain Superintendent will also lead the establishment and implementation of best practise systems related to purchasing, inventory control, and handling of goods.
This is a site-based role, working on an 8:6 FIFO roster (ex-Perth).
About the Role
- Take ownership of personal safety and that of colleagues through a proactive approach towards behavioural safety, hazard identification and risk management.
- Oversee inventory planning, materials management, and purchasing functions.
- Develop and enhance inventory, warehousing, and logistics processes through the development and implementation of procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Supply governance and compliance issues and requests including facilitation of internal and external audits.
- Improve cost effectiveness for supply chain activities.
- Liaise with departmental managers to forecast and deliver to material requirements.

Collaborate and provide statistical information with site department managers periodically to assist with scheduling.
Manage reagent and related daily, weekly and month end reporting.
Plan and supervise Supply projects and Capex spend in line with budget requirements.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (highly desirable).
- Significant leadership experience across inventory, warehousing and supply chain management in the resources sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for process improvement and problem-solving.
- Experience with contracts and procurement.
- Experience with Pronto systems, Qlik and Microsoft suite (Word, Excel), or similar.
- Current WA class C manual driver’s licence.
