Reporting to the General Manager, this role serves as the primary support for the following functions:
- Prepare, process, and execute revised documents for employees for on-boarding, exiting, contracts, performance reviews and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure employee records are compliant and maintained and follow up outstanding paperwork.
- Provide general administrative support such as formatting revised policy and procedure documents.
- Advise and liaise with staff and management on revised contracts, policies, procedures, and compliance.
Skills & Experience:
- You will be comfortable providing administrative support, as well as being able to advise and consult to managers and employees across the organisation nationally.
- Demonstrate previous experience within HR and compliance.
- Strong administration skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite and high attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to exercise independence.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
