About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support for our People & Culture team. This includes coordinating day-to-day HR activities, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to the People & Culture team;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and training documentation;
- Collaborate with project administrators, payroll, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of services;
- Liaise with external training providers and industry bodies to source high-quality training programs;
- Develop and maintain reports on training compliance and HR metrics.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A minimum of one year's experience in HR administration within the construction or infrastructure sectors;
- A Certificate III/IV in Business Administration;
- Familiarity with training compliance frameworks and HR information systems (HRIS) / Training Management Systems (TMS);
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
