Are you a highly skilled and experienced **Planning & Scheduling Manager **looking for an exciting new challenge? **BGIS **is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at the **Gold Coast University Hospital **.

**Location**:
This role is based onsite at the **Gold Coast University Hospital **.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Planning**:Establish, maintain, and improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
- **Preventative Maintenance**:Own and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
- **Coordination**:Oversee technical service personnel and on-site contractors.
- **Root Cause Analysis**:Lead investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Compliance**:Ensure WHS & E policies and procedures are met by all stakeholders.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and manage the overall maintenance planning activities.
- Establish cost and time estimates for planned maintenance work.
- Ensure availability of necessary parts, equipment, and services for maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the operations team to integrate maintenance work into the operational plan.
- Produce and present monthly reports and performance reviews to clients.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Technical Expertise**:Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
- **Education**:Trade or Engineering qualification in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- **Experience Level**:Mid to senior-level.
