Maintenance Planner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and

machinery.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure timely and

efficient execution of maintenance activities.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify maintenance needs and

opportunities for improvement.
- Manage maintenance records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of laundry equipment and machinery.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
