We are seeking an experienced Playground Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and development of our vibrant and engaging playground facility. As the Playground Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, inclusive, and exciting environment for children to explore, learn, and have fun. **Responsibilities**:

- Playground Operations:_ Manage the day-to-day operations of the playground, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children and visitors. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, and conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
- Staff Management: _Recruit, train, and supervise a team of playground staff members, including playground attendants, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure a high level of service and professionalism.
- Program Development:_ Develop and implement innovative and engaging programs and activities for children of different age groups. Collaborate with educators, child development specialists, and other stakeholders to design educational and recreational programs that promote physical, cognitive, and social development.
- Customer Service: _Foster a welcoming and customer-oriented atmosphere, providing exceptional service to children, parents, and caregivers. Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Budget and Inventory Management:_ Develop and manage the playground's budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking revenue, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and supplies, and ensure timely replenishment when needed.
- Community Engagement:_ Actively engage with the local community, schools, and other relevant organizations to promote the playground and its programs. Seek partnerships and sponsorships to enhance the offerings and visibility of the facility.
- Playground Development:_ Identify opportunities for playground expansion and improvement based on industry trends, customer feedback, and budgetary considerations. Collaborate with designers, architects, and construction teams to implement new features, equipment upgrades, and landscaping enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a playground or similar recreational facility.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to playground operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement engaging programs for children.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proven budget management and inventory control experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Salary**: From $55,613.52 per year
