**Job Description Summary**
- Act as central contact point for agency EV Charger Requests at leased sites and complying with the Client’s due diligence checklist form (Part A & Part B)
- Review leases as part of Part A forms for EV Charger Requests, provide advice and approach landlord for approval for agencies to perform feasibility studies. Ensure feasibility studies are performed with all occupant agency requirements in mind.
- Assist agencies in completing Part B forms, in preparation of meeting with the Landlord.
- Coordinate initial meeting with Landlord, lead the agenda/discussions and negotiations with input from the requesting Agency to achieve Landlord’s consent
- Work with the Client’s Legal representatives to prepare any lease/licence variations to document the outcome of lease negotiations (provide quotes for Legal services to agencies as a pass-through cost)
- Ensure any relevant documentation (Landlord’s consent, lease variation etc) is executed and filed accordingly
- Ensure continuous improvement of Part A and Part B forms - updating these as required
- Advise on patterns in Landlord responses to EV charger requests
- Work with legal to develop a “standard” EV lease/licence that can be issued with the initial package to the landlord
- Weekly reporting on progress of EV requests and provide advice or assistance to stakeholders delivering EV charging infrastructure as required
- Identify and assist in converting Cross Sell opportunities
